ECS/ie email History

ECS/integrated email will store sent email messages within the ECS/ie transaction history files. The length of time the messages are stored is determined by the Autopurge settings in the "ECS/ie System Settings" Panel.

• To display a history of sent emails select "email History" from the "History" menu in the "ECS/integrated email" window.

• The "email History" window will now be displayed showing the time, date, recipient the email was sent to and the message status.

• To delete a sent email from email history, select the email and click the "Delete" button.

• To re-send an email, select the email and click the "Resend" button.

• To view a sent email, select it and then click the "Display" button. The following panel is displayed.

The email details are displayed. If there is an attachment associated to this email then it can be viewed by selecting the "View" button.
