ECS/integrated email - Transaction Processing

ECS/integrated email has now been configured and is ready to run. Select the option for ECS/integrated email from the Windows menu system.

The ECS/integrated email window will now be displayed. Click on the "Start" button. ECS/ie will now check for any unsent email and send them via the selected email client.
ECS/ie will continue looping round checking for unsent email after a given time period until it is stopped, the countdown indicates the number of seconds until ECS/ie will check for unsent email.
To stop ECS/ie looping click the stop button.

ECS/ie will check for unsent messages according to the loop time setting in the options window, which can be changed in the system settings panel.

Note: It is possible to suspend ECS/ie from checking for unsent email while the AS/400 host is performing back-ups or is shutdown.
