ECS/ie email Purge

ECS/integrated email will store sent email messages within the ECS/ie transaction history files. Messages are purged from these files by using the Autopurge function as defined in the "ECS/ie System Settings" or manually using the following date selection prompt.

• To delete email from the email history select "Purge email" from the "History" menu in the ECS/ie main window.

• The "Purge email History" window should be displayed.

• To purge email sent before a set date, enter the date before which all sent emails will be deleted and click the "Purge" button.
• To purge all sent records in the transaction history files click the "Dlt All" button to delete all.
